پوهنوال نذیرخان محمدی فرزند محمدخان، زاده ۱۳۶۲ خورشیدی در قریه غوریزی عثمان خیل ولسوالی سیدکرم ولایت پکتیا. تحصلات ابتدایی را در مکتب حضرت سفیان، کمپ درسمند  کوزی پښتونخوا هنګو، کشور پاکستان، در دیار مهاجرت آغاز و دوره ثانوی و لیسه را نیز در همین ناحیه د رلیسه حضرت بلال به پایان رسانیده است.

پس از سپری نمودن آزمون کانکور سال ۱۳۸۳ خورشیدی شامل فاکولته زراعت پوهنتون شیخ زاید خوست ګردیده و در سال ۱۳۸۶ خورشیدی، از رشته اګرانومی فاکولته مذکور، با کسب نمرات بلند (کادری) سند لیسانس بدست آورده.

پوهنوال نذیرخان محمدی در سال ۱۳۸۷ خورشیدی، به حیث استاد رشته اګرانومی پوهنځی زراعت پوهنتون پکتیا تقرر حاصل نمود و در کنار مصروفیت وظیفه مقدس تدریس، به حیث آمر دیپارتمنت مذکور نیز ادای مسؤلیت نموده است.

پوهنوال نذیرخان محمدی در سال ۱۳۹۴ خورشیدی، جهت ارتقای سطح دانش و مدارک بلند تحصیلی شامل برنامه ماستری پوهنتون ملی زراعتی کشور هندوستان ګردید که در سال ۱۳۹۶ خورشیدی از رشته اګرانومی سند ماستری را به درجه عالی بدست آورد و پس از بازګشت به کشور، دوباره به تدریس پرداخت و اکنون نیز مصروف تدریس و رئیس پوهنځی زراعت می باشد.

قابل یاد آوریست، که پوهنوال نذیرخان محمدی در جریان بیش از پانزده سال تدریس، تحقیق، مسؤلیت های اداری، مقاله های زیادی تحقیقی را نګاشته که بیشتر آن جنبه علمی تحقیقی داشته و در مجله ها و جورنال های ملی و بین الملی چاپ و نشر شده است.
