Dr. Lutfullah Khairkhwa, Deputy Minister of Higher Education, in a ceremony held at the conference hall of Paktia University, praised the students of the law faculty who had prepared the allegorical court. He said that Afghans have historically been shining stars not only in religious sciences but also in medicine and other sciences.
