For the memorial program, Dr. Seyyed Wali Jalalzai, Deputy President of Paktia Province, Ajmir Zaland, Director of the Province Office of Ajmir Zaland, in the name of Ahmadullah Ahmadi and the Administrative Reforms and Civil Services Administration, Ehsanullah Ali.
