The Administrative Meeting was arranged under the leadership of Vice-chancellor for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Saifullah  Muhammadi. The meeting was initiated with recitation of Holly Quran. The participants of the meeting were officials of various sections. At first, Mr. Muhammadi welcomed all of the participants and asked them to endeavor in conducting their tasks fairly and in a timely manner. 

Some  issues were discussed such as landscaping, preparing for the spring semester and so on, according to agenda. At the end, deliberate decisions were made about some issues.
